How do I return an item? Returns and Exchange Policy If you purchased or received a product directly from poisonbottleco.com and wish to return or exchange it, we can give you web-store credit or a refund, if you do so within 30 days of the initial purchse. Just email us directly at info@poisonbottleco.com. All goods returned must be in brand new perfect condition. After 30 days, we will not accept returns.
