Pick Your Poison After information surfaced regarding the harmful compound BPA (Bisphenol A) being found in nearly all plastic water bottles on the market, the founder of Poison Bottle Company (PBC) was on a quest to find something new. Other companies had entered the market selling aluminum and stainless steel water bottles. While some of these companies had success, the PBC founder still wanted something different. The existing companies were selling bottles for $20-$40! This seemed too expensive for a water bottle. Also, the companies were selling plain water bottles with no style or attitude. Therefore, in 2008 Dave Kolin founded Poison Bottle Company, a company that strives to be eco-friendly and human-friendly with an edgy, unique style. PBC strives to provide affordable, stainless steel water bottles to individuals and organizations that want to be a bit different from the masses. The company will continually update its bottles with edgy designs and funky accessories. A Poison bottle should be an extension of one’s personal style.
